Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs/color. But we accept small quantity for the first trial order.
2. How to get sample ?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample LEAD TIME?
2-3 days for existing samples.
5-7 days for customize samples.
4. How long is the massive production lead time?
7 days for MOQ.
20-25 days for 30000 pcs of order.
Accurate production lead is based on your order quantity.
5. How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by air or by sea.
6. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
Files in fonts of JPG, AI, CDR or PDF would be better ,We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for you.
