Q1: Can I get samples? Yes, certainly. We will provide the existing samples, Sample fee is refundable when you make an order from us. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be convenient for both of us.
Q2: How long is the sample lead time? We could arrange the existing samples express delivery immediately,it takes around 10 days to get into your hand. For customized samples, it depends on the sample finished time, it may takes around 15 days.
Q3: Can I customize my logo or any redesign the products? Yes, of course. The OEM is available. Multi-color available as well. We still have our own design team, we will do the creation in your requirement and promise to give you an impressive.
Q4: What about the warranty? We have warranty for our clients,we will ship out the new replacements if clients get the item with any broken.
Q5: What’s lead time for bulk order? 1. For Pu leather jacket and bomber jacket , it takes around 35~45 days to produce. 2. For padding jacket, it takes around 60~90 days to produce.
