Production Process
Step1: Please send me your design and pantone code.
Step2: According to your requests we will make samples for you to confirm.
Step3: After samples confirmation, we will enter into bulk production
Step4: Bulk delivery. By air or ship, all according to your requests.

Production Days
Normally 30-45days when samples approved & deposit received;
20 days (1 – 1000 Pieces) for simple products
40 days (1001 – 5000 Pieces)
60 days (5001 – 10000 Pieces)
To be negotiated ( > 10000 Pieces)

Hat Packing
1pc per polybag; normally 100pcs/ctn or as Customer′s Requirement;

1.Q: What is your MOQ?
A: Regarding OEM service, general MOQ of each design is 1000pcs per style per color, with best price. For your special requirements with less MOQ, please do not hesitate and let us know, we would check with our stock and fabric supplier to find an workable solution… But if MOQ over 5000pcs, price is further negotiable of course.

2. Q: How do you offer a good price?
A: We have self-built mill that won’t have rent cost. We control the price from the raw material well. We offer favorable price with premium quality.

3. Q: Can you provide us blanket sample, is it free or need to pay?

A: Normally we need collect sample fee and express fee properly. (No need charge the express fee if you have your freight collect account like Fedex/DHL/ TNT…). At the end sample fee would be deducted after receving order for sure. Sometimes if we have extra available samples on hands, it’s free for sample of course. Pls. let us know during inquiry.

4. Q: What is the lead time for blanket samples?
A: If we are not in busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out to you about 7-10 d

5. Q: Can we make our logo on the products?
A: Yes. Logo is support on your products.Any print or embroidery logo/PU logo/ Oil printing etc. are ok. Just advise us your designs & ideas.

6. Q: What is your packing?
A: Normally 1pc into 1 opp bag, then into an exported carton. Customized packing way is support.

7. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Normal production time is about 30-45 days after samples confirmed, can be negotiated.

8. Q: This is my first order overseas, how to place an order for the products?
A: Just send us inquiry and contact our salesperson, we have 24 hours pre-service & after-service with full experience in exporting.
