A1:No, we just show the most popular design on the website, if you are interest, contact us for latest catalog.
Q2: Could we get compensation if we find the defect goods ?
A2:All our products are offered a warranty of 100 days after shipping. If the shoes are broken within 100 days without
human destruction,please contact our salesman, and we will compensate you new shoes without any payment.
Q3: How does your factory make sure quality control?
A3:Workers are professional in handing the stamping, printing, stitching ,packing process,all shoes will be inspected by
our QC person at assembly line to ensure the quality. And a final inspection will be arranged before shipment.
Q4: Do you have CE certificate?
A4: Yes, all our products can meet CE standard, and we have cooperation relationship with different international labs,
including Interteck from UK, CTC from France, SABS from South Africa etc.
Q5:Your shoes used chemical glue , is it smelly and harmful to human health?
A5: No, we use 100% environmental glue, AZO free test assurance, also passed by SGS and BV certificates.
