Our factory have more than 200 people, and the monthly production capacity is 200,000 pieces.
4. I don’t have my own design, can you design for me?
We can send our design for you to choose, and also we accept OEM and ODM.

5. Do you provide free samples?
We can apply for sample for you in cost about $15-$100, but if place order we can refund for you.
6. What is the minimum order quantity for the customized order?
500 pcs, 1 style 1 color 4 sizes mixed
7. How long is the delivery time?
-Sample time:
Needs about 8-15 days after confirming samples details.
-Bulk order time:
Needs about 35-45 days after confirming pre-production samples.
-RTS styles: 7-12days
8. How’s your after-sale service
Our after-sale service is great. Any quality problem can be settled or replaced.

We use DHL, EMS, UPS, DPEX, etc. LCL, 20ft container,40ft/40HQ container
10. What kinds of package do you have? And do you do custom package?
