Q: Can I get samples for free?
A: Yes, if we have socks in stock (similar samples), we can send you samples for free with freight charge for quality inspection. If you need your own design, part fee/style/color/size and shipping will be charged according to your request. Refunds available after order confirmation
Using commercially available yarn, sample time is approximately 2-3 days after design confirmation. For dyed yarns, sample time is approximately 10-15 days after design confirmation.
Q: Can we use our own logo, or can we custom design it?
A: Yes, OEM service can be provided. Logos can be on products or packaging, such as product labels or product boxes. We have professional designers, please tell us your thoughts/requests.
Q: What is your OEM service procedure?
Ans: Confirm the client’s work, modify it, and then make a sample.
Make counter samples within 2-3 days. (Sample fee is required, which will be refunded after placing the order)
After the quality, price and packaging details are confirmed, we can start mass production.
Confirm the delivery details of the product, and it can be shipped after inspection.
Q: What is the MOQ and price?
A: For custom jacquard socks, our MOQ is 1000 pairs per color per size per design. If you buy stocks, you can buy as much as you want. For 3D digital printing socks, our MOQ is only 500 pairs and can mix designs as you want. Our FOB prices are based on your design, material, size and quantity.

Q: What is the sample lead time and production lead time?
A: Usually the lead time for samples is 7-10 days, and the lead time for production is 15-25 days, depending on the style, craftsmanship and material.
