1.Are you a factory or trading company?
We are trading company with our own factory.
2.Can you do customized designs and packaging?
Yes, OEM service is available.
3.What is OEM procedure?
Making Sample – Place Orders – Bulk – Inspection – Shipment Based on the artwork or
techpack provided by the customer, factory will make Counter Sample for approval firstly.
Bulk only can be processed once sample is approved. Mass production will follow approved
sample and confirmed packaging requirements.Once final inspection is passed, the cargo
can be shipped accordingly.
4.What is your MOQ and how is the Price?
MOQ is 100-500pcs per color per design. You may also purchase stocks on our
website.FOB price is based on your designs, materials, specifications and the quantity.
5.Can I get discounts?
Yes, for big order and frequent customers, we’ll give reasonable discounts.
6.How about your sample fee?
Sample fee(customized) is required and will be returned after the bulk order placed. it
takes $100/style/color/size with freight paid at buyer’s account.
7.How long is the Lead-time for production?
Normally 55-65 days after sample confirmed and deposit receipt.
8.Do you work with some big brands?
Yes, we do work with a lot of big brands in Australia, USA, and UK and so on.
9.How do you control the products’ quality?
We have QA&QC department and all the products will be 100% checkd before pack. And you can send your QC team or ask the 3rd party to inspect the products before we ship.

Chensheng Times company is a garments production and trading company which is located in Xiamen City, Fujian Province, meanwhile we have our own factory located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province.

2. Stock garments business: we buy and sale all kinds stock garments: down jacket, cotton jackets, hoodies and so on. Although it is stock, we can do rework with customer’s logo/labels/packing request, and we have QC to inspect the goods to ensure the quality.
