Dongrong:Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality,one or two sample is available for our stock models, and the air-freight charge will be paid by customer, for customized model need to check with our salesman.
Q4:How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped?
Dongrong: Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advise will be sent to you the same day with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number
Q5:How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
Dongrong: We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q6:Is it OK to print my logo on the product?
Dongrong: Yes.OEM or ODM is available.Emboss logo is most popular.Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q7:How do your factory control quality?
Dongrong: Quality is most important for us.In order to control quality better, we have professional QC procedures, IQC, IPQC and QA. All our products pass inspection by QC before delivery.
Q8:How to deal with the faulty?
Dongrong: Firstly, our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new item with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
