Normally 4-6 weeks, depending on order quantity. And time might be longer during busy seasons.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY?
Within 7 days after delivery, we offer free returns or exchanges if you found any quality issue affecting sales of our items. If it is not about quality issue, we still offer free repair services, but not free-shipping. The repair services include free hair cleaning, free fixing for ripped lace, etc.
HOW LONG WILL YOUR TOPPERS AND WIGS LAST?
Only finest virgin hair is used to make our toppers and wigs. According to feedback from our customers, if with proper care, they can last up to 2 years.
CAN YOUR HAIR BE FURTHER COLORED?
Yes most our blonde colors can be further colored. Many customers buy our blonde or platinum blonde hair and dye into colors intended. But unless you have such experience, we suggest that you find an experienced colorist to do that.
CAN YOUR HAIR BE FURTHER CURLED?
It’s no problem to use a curling iron. If you prefer a permanent curl/wave, only big loose curl/wave is recommended.
