About Ordering From Jieli Electric Bikes

Q1.How long is your lead time?
A:It depends on the quantity of ebikes in your order. Usually, 20 feet container takes 50-55 days, while 40 feet container takes 55-60 days, consider first cooperation. 

Q2.What kind of payment terms you take?
A.We accept TT 30% deposit and 70% against copy of b/l, or TT 20% deposit and 80% balance before delivery, you can choose either of them.

Q3.Can we cutomize our ebikes in our order.
A:Sure. Options include color of the bike frame, logo size and color. Besides, you can also choose the parts that from different brands that among our partner lists, for example, KENDA/INNOVA/CST/MAXXIS tires, LCD/LED/TFT displays that from KINGMETER/KUNTENG/APT.

Q4.What is your MOQ?
A:Our MOQ is 50 pcs/model, customization available on MOQ level.

Q5.Can I order sample to try the market reactions first?
A.Sure. Sample order is welcome, not free though. Also it takes 7 days to prepare a sample if we have that model. If it’s OEM type, it may take longer. We are sure a satisfying result will be there between us.

Q5.What port you use?
A: Ningbo port, the nearest sea port to us.
 

About Electric Bikes

1.How fast do they go and what sort of range will I get from the battery?
Our electric bikes will have a maximum assisted speed of around 0-65 km/h. If you wish to go faster, you can pedal like crazy on top of that. The battery range is from 20-150 km depending on the size of battery as well as the quality of the battery. Charging time if empty ranges from 2-6 hrs.
2.What maintenance is required?
Aside from keeping your battery charged, maintaining Electric Bike is the same as any bicycle.
After the bike’s been ridden about 100 miles you’ll need a basic tune-up. This is standard procedure for all new bikes as they’re broken in.
The most important (and simple) thing you can do is check your tire pressure regularly, and keep them inflated as indicated on the tire.
If you’re riding in wet conditions, you’ll want to take extra care and make sure you keep your drivetrain clean and well-lubed.
3. Are all electric bikes the same?
No. There can be a substantial difference in electric bikes and comparing them can be a bit like comparing a luxury European car with a basic car made in China. We only sell quality electric bikes and comparing them with some electric bikes (particularly many of the electric bikes available online) is like comparing chalk and cheese.
 
4. Are electric bikes safe?
Absolutely! Electric bikes are as safe to ride as a regular bike. When you need to stop or slow down, all you need do is apply the brakes and release the hand throttle or stop pedalling to cut the power. All our Electric Bicycles bikes are built to the highest quality.
 
5. Are electric bikes cost effective?
Yes! Although the cost of electric bikes is initially more expensive than a conventional bike, the real cost benefit comes when compared to other vehicles and modes of transport, where an elect
ric bike replaces petrol, parking, public transport and registration costs, saving you a great deal of money over time.
6. Is the motor loud?
No! Not quality ones anyway! Ours are really whisper quiet. In fact, most people you pass will never realise that it is electric!
