| FAQ | Q1. How to start with our business, can I get a sample?
You can order sample to check the quality and design before trail/bulk order. Just contact with
us for sample details.Q2. What is the MOQ?
For our stock items,1 or 2 pcs is available.
For out of stock items or customized order, usually MOQ is 30-50 pcs for coats.
We can discuss the detail if you have special request on quantity. Q3. Can you produce my design, logo, label?
OEM & ODM are both acceptable.Customized design,logo, printing, label, color,package all
are available. Q4. How can I pay? We accept T/T ,X-transfer,Western Union, Money Gram, PayPal .,ect. Q5. How about the delivery time?
For small order,1-2 weeks can be finished.
For bigger order,3-4 weeks.Detail time is negotiable. Q6. Please Note: The size chart is measured by hand,so it with 2cm–4cm error.
Due to limitations in photography & monitor settings,the actual colors of items will with some
color difference.
Q7. How About Shipping?
Usually our trading term is FOB/CIF or EXW, if you don’t have forwarder, we can help you find
a cheaper shipping, as we have good relationship with shipping agent. |
