Q2: Do you offer OEM service?
A2: Yes, OEM & ODM are available. We have a qualified R&D team to carry out customized projects. If meet our MOQ, you can do your own logo and label . Or if you have own specifications, you can provide us to check, hope KJT can be your win-win business partner!
Q3: What is your delivery time?
A3: We will make a production plan at 25th every month, the delivery time is based on the time we receive your deposit. For your reference, the delivery time of our standard wheelchair is within 30 days.
Q4.What payment options do you offer?
A4: We are flexible in terms of payment. We can do L/C, T/T, D/P, even credit, after auditing the customer. If you have other needs, we can discuss in detail.
Q5: How can I get the samples?
A5: Welcome to order samples from us if we have ready parts in stock, but we only accept EXW term for samples. Customers need to pay the sample cost as well as the freight, we will send you by express (DHL / Fedex) and you will receive about 3-10 days.
Q6: How about the after-sale service?
A6: Every product has one year warranty period. The product that is damaged or fails due to the manufacturing problem within one year after the purchasing date will gain free spare parts and assembling drawings from the company. Beyond the maintenance period, we will charge the accessories, but the technical service is still free.
Q7: Can I see your products personally?
A7: Welcome to visit showrooms in our factory (Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China). In addition, we annually attend numerous international exhibitions where we present our products, such as Arab Health (United Arab Emirates), CMEF (Shanghai), German Medica (Germany), etc.
