1.Are you a trading company or factory?
RE:We’re trading company with factory. We manufacture products by ourselves and we source from other collaborative factories in
order to expand product variety.
2.How Can I get a quote?
Please Provide the specification of the product, such as material, size, color, quantity, surface finishing, etc.
3.What’s the trade term and payment term?
We can accept T/T, WU, MoneyGram
100% of payment before producing,and large order we can accept 50% deposit, the balance before shipping.
4. How about the lead time?
Usually 3-7 working days after order confirmed, large orders should be checked with our production department.
5. What the delivery method can i choose?
We cooperate with DHL, EMS, etc. 3 to 7 working days of express delivery. Sea shipment is ok if needed.
6. How do you calculate the shipping charges?
The price depends on the weight or volume, It could be updated when quote.
7. What is your min order quantity?
Usually our min order quantity is 50pcs, Sample order is acceptable as well.
8.Can you make products from our designs?
RE:Yes, we do OEM and ODM.
