Q2: Can I print our logo/labels/tags on your products?
A2: Yes, of course, OEM/ODM acceptable. Just send us your designs and we will help to develop.
Q3: What is your MOQ?
A3: For our stock styles, MOQ is 20 pcs per color per style, if you need to customized your designs or materials, MOQ is 300 pcs per color per style.
Q4: Can we get a sample?
A4: Yes, we can supply samples if we have it in stock or inventory within 3-5 days. Sample fee is USD $20-30 and you have to pay for shipping cost.
The sample fee will be refunded from mass order.
Q5: What’s your delivery time?
A5: Bulk lead time will be around 25-35 days after samples are approved, and deposit has been paid.
Q6: What is your payment terms?
A6: LC at sight , TT 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment, Paypal.
