Q1: What material can you use?
We can deal with cotton, bamboo fiber, organic cotton, combed cotton, nylon, polyester, wool, coolmax…etc. We have a professional material factory with OEKOTEX-100, all of our material is eco-friendly and AZO-free.
Q2: What is your MOQ?
Our normal MOQ is 500 pairs/design/color/size for common material.
Q3: What is your sample and production time?
Normally 5-7 days to use similar colored yarn in stock, and 15-20 days to use customized yarn.
We usually suggest that using our stock similar color yarn to make samples for quality /pattern/size checking to save time.
Production time is 30-35 days after the deposit received.
Q4: Can you do customized designs and packages?
Yes. We can accept custom design and custom logo/color/size
Q5: How do you ship goods, can you help arrange to ship?
We can ship by air, sea, express ( FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS) and can help to arrange shipping door to door.
