Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
We are a trading company export footwear more than 10 years.
Q2: Can you do the design for us?
Yes, we have professional design & technique team with rich experience in development, we could cater specific requirements for our customers.
Q3: Do you offer free samples?
We only provide customized sample ,one piece for free , while, you’re required to pay the freight.
For custom design, sample finish time is 7 work days.
Q4: What about the lead time for bulk production?
It will depend on the style and order quantity, while, usually need around 45 days to manufacture after client confirmed sample.
Q5:How is the packaging?
We could pack as your require. Usually we pack one pair shoes in one box and then pack the boxes into one carton.
Some could pack in PP bag and then cartons.
If you need to make your own way to pack please tell us first and then will check if the package will affect the quotation, incase to make misunderstanding in the price during the order.
Q6:How about the payment?
We only do the quotation base on FOB Xiamen Port. (Other Port in China need to tell us first to check the price)
And payment only accept T/T and L/C.
Usually do in T/T will need 30% deposit, after finish the production will need to pay the 70% balance before shippment.
If do in L/C will need to wait the bank to inform us that we got the L/C then will start to manufacture.
