1. Q: Where are your factory located?If I visit your factory ,how can I get there?
A: Our factory is located in Guangzhou city, Guangdong Province. Near the Internation Fabric Market about 15 minutes by car, the nearst airport is Baiyun international airport,about 1.5 hours by car from our factory.
2. Q: What are your main products?
A: We are mainly doing sports wear, kniting wear for ladies and men.
3.Q:what is the minimum order ?
A:If we have in stock,the MOQ is 1 pc each design,If customer’s designs,the MOQ is 50-100pcs each model.
4. Q: Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, your own designs/sketches/pictures are welcomed. OEM & ODM are both welcome.
5. Q: How about samples?
A: We do offer samples before making any production so that the production in exact compliance of the buyer’s expectation. Samples can be delivered around 7 days after you make the sample fee payment.
6. Q: How can i believe that after i payment you can send the goods to me?
A: First of all, if we did not send the order out after receiving the payment,you can make a complaint on made-in-china,MIC will judge for you;Then, we are audited supplier by Bureau Veritas/Made in China, we are trustable and reliable supplier.
7.Q:Can we make our logo on the garment?
A: Yes. We can accept your logo as your requirement as well as your design project.
8.Q:What about the payment terms and trade terms?
A: In general, we accept T/T.If small amount,we also can allow Paypal,West union etc.
