What’s your warranty?

The remaining bike components (forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, pedals, rims, wheel hub,  throttle, wiring harness, kickstand) are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for a year period from the date of purchase. Wear and tear not covered under warranty

What’s your leading time?
According to the current supplier Chain, we need 50-60 days for the totally new order.
Some of our models have stock parts, it would be fast. Before place an order, please check with us. Samples would be shipped out by FedEx/UPS within 3 days after payment.

How many models I can choose for a container?
In a 40HQ, we accept 3 models max.

What will you do if any quality issue happens?
When the bike has any problems you can’t solve, please contact us for help. Send us photos and videos, we are 7x24h online on WhatsApp and Instagram.  We will analyze the issue, if it’s a quality problem, we will UPS you a brand new part, normally within1-2 weeks. If it’s not a material quality problem, you need to buy the part. Till now, we had very few quality problems, our customers are happy with our quality.

Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
For 1st time customers, we will offer you the price as full container order price. And if you order a full container next time, we will refund you the sample cost or (a small amount if when 1st order is not a sample bike).

Do you have a customer referral program?
During this season, we highly suggest you try ordering our kid’s electric balance bike called Amy. We have 12inch size Amy-S and 14inch Size Amy-L. It is a new design, no anti-dumping for Europe. And from some customers’ feedback, they love it so much. This is a good Christmas gift.

How many colors can we do?
We use YS water-painting and some model is powdering. You can choose 2 or 3 colors in a full 40HQ container order.

What about payment?
We take 50% deposit, and 50% before shipment. T/T transfer only.
