Reminding:

1.Never submerge your board in water or place it in a dish-washing machine
2.Oil it regularly with mineral oil, butcher block oil or organic flax seed oil. The general rule of thumb is about once a month if possible.
3.Clean immediately after use with hot water and a small amount of soap, then wipe dry and lean against a wall or other object to air dry.
