Q1: What is the craft of your product?
We mainly supply machine made products and only a small part of the product is handmade.
Q2: Can I add logo and customize the size and colors?
Yes, all the products can add or change the logo to yours. Customized sizes and colors are also acceptable. We can provide the color swatch for checking. And some of the products can be dyed according to Pantone colors.
Q3: Can I visit your company or your show room before make the orders?
Yes, we can arrange the pick-up service for you if you like. It only takes 2 hours from Shanghai to our office.
Q4: Do you offer samples for us to checking the quality?
Yes, we will provide 1-2 pcs free samples for you to check.
Q5: Do you have your own designer team? Is the design making for free?
We have our own design team and all the designs will be provided for free only if you are our customers.
Q6: What kinds of payment you can provide?
Our normal payment term is 30% deposit and 70% balance T/T before the goods arrive at your destination.
We are able to provide better payment terms like L/C, D/P, or OA as well if large quantity.
