of experience in the Insoles, Plastic toys and Injection mold industries.
We have 5 designers, 20 technicists, over 100 workers and 24 sets of injection machines, 42 oil injectors,
20 pad printing machine and 5 assembly lines. Plastic products mainly include plastic toys, cartoon figures,
plastic shells and other plastic accessories.
We have 3 sets hot press machine and 4 sets cold press machine to produce EVA, ortholite, Memory foam,
TPE, Orthotic and Sports insoles as well as other footcare products.
With experienced staff and excellent R& D team, we are good at developing new products for customers.

2. How does your factory control the quality?
-Our product quality is excellent! Each worker keeps on eye on quality from the beginning to the end:
1) All raw materials used are environmental-friendly and reinspected when they comes.
2) Skillful workers care every detail in cutting, molding, printing, and packing etc.
3) Before production, sample will be sent to customer for approving.
4) Before shipment, the third party can be assigned for QC.
3.Payment:
-We accept T/T, L/C and other agreed payment methods.
4.Lead time:
-Normally 25-30 days after deposit and sample confirmed.
5.Package:
-Usually one pair insole packed into a pp bag, customized single box packing is acceptable with extra package cost.
6. Service:
-OEM/ODM service is welcome, just provide original sample/3d drawing/picture for development.
