Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are an integrated company with professional production line focusing on manufacturing all kinds of lingerie, panty, underware, homeware, shaper etc and are experienced in international trading with highly efficient sale team.
Q:What’s your minimum order quantity?
A:We can supply 1 pcs order for those designs we have stock as RTS. Regarding OEM design,
we need 200pcs per design per color per size for production.
Q:Can I put my design logo on the items?
A:Sure, we can put your logo on the product by all kinds of method like printing, sewing, embroidery, we just need the original file of logo.
Q:Do you make Private label products? Do you have designer?
A:Yes, we can do OEM order for private label product. We have professional designer team who can do sketching according to your idea.
Q:What’s your sample policy?
A:We need to charge for sampling cost, but the sample fee can be returned in your bulk order , and the sample delivery time is about 7-10 days,
Q:What’s the production lead time?
A:Production lead time is about 30-40 days after order confirmed and deposite received, normally it depends on the order qty and material status.
Q:What’s the factory capacity?
A:We have more than 10 production lines, with the monthly production capacity of 100,000 pcs.
Q:How do you control the products’ quality?
A:We have professional QC team to supervise the quality from the material line to packing line.We do 100% inspection before packing, and you can send the 3rd party QC team to inspect the product before shipment.
