1. Q: Where is your company located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Tianjin, China.
2. Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and freight
About 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.

A: A: The MOQ is 100PCS , actually, it is accepted for negotiating in case of you have your idea about the cooperation, we are free for discussion on this, you can let us know without hesitate.
4. Q: Can I have my own customized product?.
A: Yes. Your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark,
your language manual etc. are very welcome

6. Q: What’s the delivery time?
A: The delivery time is depending on the order quantity and our scheduling of production. Normally our delivery time is 45 days after receiving your deposit.
7. Q: How is the payment terms?
A: We accept 30% payment by T/T in advance and 70% by T/T against the shipping documents, but if you can accept 100% payment by T/T in advance, we can discuss further discount regarding the price list provided
